SCA Barista Skills Foundations

Learn the foundational skills in extracting espresso, milk steaming, and making great tasting coffee. In this course we learn how to calibrate espresso according to a set recipe, steam milk to desired texture and temperature, and begin training your palate for tasting excellent coffee.

This class is perfect for those interested in learning more about specialty coffee, whether it be as an at-home barista, or entering the industry on a professional level. No experience necessary!
