TWO-PART ONLINE SERIES!

This two part class goes over the hard and soft skills to becoming a stronger coffee trainer. In the first half we discuss curriculum development and how to set up your training program through various modules. There is some homework involved that then leads into the second part of the class one week later. We then review your created modules, as well as learn soft skills to becoming a better teaching in the form of verbal, physical, and emotional tactics.

This is an excellent course for anyone looking to strengthen their instruction skills, particularly are a coffee educator. Attendees will be encouraged to share feedback and ask questions throughout the class.
